Before Fixated Events, Tarl ran events in-house, piecemeal, and painfully. He nearly walked away entirely. Instead, he built a system. Every process we use was forged from real mistakes and real money lost.

Founder & CEO
Tarl Yarber is a Recovering House Flipper, a term he coined in 2018 when he stopped chasing flip income and started keeping deals instead. Since 2010 he has bought, renovated, sold, and kept more than 700 single family homes across seven states, averaging 17 simultaneous projects with a team of four.
Today Tarl runs Fixated Funding, a private lender for real estate investors, and Fixated Real Estate, his own single family investment company. In 2017 he created Fixated Events, where he produces roughly ten investor and entrepreneur conferences a year, including the Limitless Financial Freedom Expo, which he co-founded with Ken McElroy and which now draws more than +1,500 investors and +60 speakers annually.
